I have worked for Premier since 2012. In my time here I have worked as a CNA, the manager of the non-medical personal care services branch, and a part-time Administrative Assistant. I have enjoyed working for Premier over the years because it feels like you're working with family. It is a friendly and professional environment. As a CNA I love meeting new patients and helping them feel comfortable and well taken care of in their home. They all have amazing life stories and experiences. When I'm not working I love spending time with my husband and two rowdy boys, playing outside, and watching movies.
I have been a CNA since 2016. My favorite part of the job is making people feel safe and comfortable when they are at their lowest or most vulnerable point in life. I love meeting new people and listening to their life stories. They usually/always have more wisdom than me, especially the elderly. When I am not working I enjoy spending time with my son who has special needs and loves people!
I have been a CNA for a year but was a caregiver for Premier for 3 years prior. My patients are my favorite part of the job. I love spending time with them and being able to help them with their daily activities. I enjoy hearing their stories and seeing them smile. If you call Premier you may hear my voice on the phone as I am also working part time as an Administrative Assistant. When I am not working I love spending time with my 6 grandchildren. I also like reading and if the weather is nice, I like to take a ride on my motorcycle.
I have been a nurse for over 25 years and have spent 6 years of that time with Premier Home Health & Hospice My favorite part of being a nurse is being able to make a positive difference in peoples lives. I also like to teach them to do things that they never thought they could do and then see the pride in their eyes when they accomplish it. When I am not working, I am blessed by spending time with my loving husband and four amazing children.
I moved to Buena Vista from Texas in 2003 where I practiced as an RN. I fell in love with the valley and the community. With little resources in the mountains, I saw a need for Home Health Care and Hospicce and was determined to start my own company in 2005. It has been such a joy to serve this beautiful community that I now call home.
I love the challenge of running a successful, locally owned business. I feel that being a smaller and independently owned business gives us more freedom and opportunity to help our patients and serve the community. As odd as it sounds, I really like numbers! Being in charge of the billing and accounts gives me the opportunity to use my skills. When I'm not working I love spending time with my daughter and husband. I love our community!
I am Tiffany Campbell and I am Premier Home Care's Field Staff Supervisor & Administrator. I have my Wound Care Certification, which has prepared me to provide evidence based wound care and consultations to our patients. I also have previous experience working in hospice care. I obtained my nursing degree from Castleton State College in Vermont and worked in Florida in home health, hospice, and in a nursing home. I plan to advance my career by obtaining my Bachelor's Degree in nursing and continue building on my current wound care training and experience.
The aspects of my job at Premier that I enjoy the most are helping my patients get back to their normal level of functioning and abilities in their homes. I like getting to interact with my patients multiple times a week. When I am not working I enjoy hiking, fishing, and doing anything with my sons, including crafts and coloring.

I moved to Colorado 10 years ago and spent my first five winters living in Breckenridge. In the summer time I worked on the river here in Buena Vista and discovered what a beautiful, special place this is. After graduating from PT school I decided this would be the perfect place for me to practice physical therapy. When I am not working I enjoy snowboarding, mountain biking and playing on the river as much as possible.
I attended Florida State University and received a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Services Administration. I pursued my graduate degree at Florida Gulf Coast University in Fort Myers, FL and earned my Doctorate in Physical Therapy. As a physical therapist I find it rewarding to help people return to their previous level of function after a debilitating illness or injury. I really enjoy getting to know all of the wonderful, interesting people in this community and helping them get back on their feet. My main goal as a physical therapist is to improve the wellness and mobility of my patients. I aim to provide the best possible care to all of my patients and give them the tools they need to maintain a healthy lifestyle and live as independently as possible. In the future I plan to take more continuing education classes that will allow me to specialize in treating the elderly population and their special needs.
